RETURNS
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return will be processed only in case of a damaged product. Customer needs to mail us with clear pictures in such a case. However, minor imperfections are a part of handmade products, hence they can not be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
REPLACEMENT ONLY POLICY
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you for taking any other product of same value or more.
Once the replacement product(s) are selected we will ship them as soon as possible.
RETURN SHIPPING
We will arrange for return pickup wherever the pickup through our courier partners is available.
