DOMESTIC- 

1. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 2,000
2. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at labelsaaz@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9692223918 within 2 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL-

1. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order
2. Our delivery partner is FedEx.
3. Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at labelsaaz@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9692223918 within 2 hours, of placing order.

How to exchange ?

For Domestic orders:

• Small issues like thread come out, removable stains or spots, open stitching not considered in damage.
• Customers can initiate a return request if the product is damage / defective or Incorrect item delivered
• Return / Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services.

For International orders:

• Unfortunately, we don't have exchange facility for international clients.
